    With Christmas coming up Mum has been owling us like a madwoman trying to get our lists of invitations to the Boxing Day Bash! I told her that we were just inviting everyone and anyone who wanted to come, but she keeps insisting on having an actual list! Not that it matters. Everyone comes anyway. No one ever checks names, and that's just the way it's always been! And that is the way it always should be!

    Now I know that we're more than a month off, but in order to appease Mum I suppose I have to do this. Not that it will really effect anything. You all know the rules, at the party all interpersonal problems are left at the door. We're just there to have a good time. All are welcome! Just to get Mum away from the quill and ink if you do want to come and be on this "list" which won't be use for anything just let me know.

    Now the question of the hour, if I give Mum a few names, will she stop owling me every other day? I know that my brothers are getting them too! Artemis is not a young owl! I don't know how much more of this he can take.

    For once I cannot wait for school to start! LIAM IS DRIVING ME CRAZY! Frank and I had internships this summer but Liam?! Every other moment of peace he's blowing up the bloody basement! And they wonder why I'm at the end of my rope?! Why I spent so much time with Rae!

    The internship went well, mostly spent my time sitting in on meetings and taking notes. Didn't have to make an single pot of coffee either. Peter came over a few times, Mum and Dad seem to like him not entirely certain that's true... James came over too - not entirely certain if it was of his own volition or if Aunt Laura dragged him kicking and screaming. Either way I think he had something of a good time... It's been a rather average summer...

    Now its over. Frank? Don't forget we have to pick up supplies with Mum and Liam later on, but tonight? Tonight: you and me, exploding snap. Be prepared to lose when you get home from the paper!
